Scope of work
- provided safe access and rigging for inspection of 50% sample of entire building façades
- completed the 50% façade inspection Sept. 9, 2001
- returned post-Sept. 11, 2001 to assess the effects of the World Trade Center collapse on the façade condition
- completed 100% façade survey with condition report, annotated elevations and photgraphs recording the locations, severity, size and extent of existing conditions of the limestone and copper façade, large ornamental cornice, projecting balconies and copper and limestone gargoyles
