Building description
The 77-story art deco skyscraper was cited as the "most accomplished essay in the (art deco) style." The 7-story pinnacle with stainless steel cladding and the gleaming automotive- inspired gargoyles are juxtaposed atop the more traditional light-brick cladding of the steel tower below.

Scope of work
  • Hands-on inspection of the stainless steel spire was completed to determine locations of water infiltration. Live-feed video was used to communicate observations made by Vertical Access technicians with the client, inside the spire.
  • Flood tests were conducted to identify specific water leaks.
